basically at this point chaotic card prices are whatever 2 people agree to buy it for so perhaps the better question is who wants to buy a promo heptadd and at what price? check if the offers are something you'd be willing to sell for if not you may want to put out your own price and see if anyone thinks its reasonable it all about negotiations and who's looking for cards.
