there are certainly are less combat incinded creatures like bodal or hearring but tbh every creature is super powered based on the shear amount of abuse they take in battle. giant torrents of fire, lighing, twisters, earthquakes, blows to the face and even the boring overworld guards can survive those even if they can't dish them out themselves so I guess "energy" is sorta the super power every creature has.

Well our baseline here is that humans have around five energy, given that a Flash Kick from Mudeenu put Kaz basically on Death's Door.
