Application complication

We need your help

It has been confirmed that only one major issue will postpone the release of the application. All though the creation of the application is easy for the team, the Codex itself presents a major issue if not obtained. (A Codex is a complex system of codes and numbers which is used to identify the cards and characters matching the Alphanumeric Code on every card.) What we as a team need to do is ban together. One of the members of the team has recently been in contact with Bryan C. Gannon and has been informed that he (Gannon) cannot release the Codex (as complex as it may be) to anyone, even fans, due to its complexity. So we are currently looking for someone who can either obtain a Codex or create a Codex.

So if you have programming skills or even access to a vast knowledge of computer mumbo jumbo please private message me and we can get this app going.

To create the Codex (or should I say reverse engineer it), would require a large set of data. Then some sort of model (analyzer) would have to process all of that data and then see the relations and derive the code generator. But I can only imagine how difficult it would have been created exactly for this reason! (not wanting to have players generating 100 Droskins).

Do we have any data scientists? I know for sure this is out of my realm of experience.

I only know a bare minimum of this stuff. It is WAY out of my league. Wish I could help...
Would it really kill it if we didn't have that codex?

All the card differences were sort of the defining point of Chaotic-it's a bit understandable why he would want it instead of a simple card identifier.

The main problem I see with re-creating the codex is validating actual cards. For the original game, the system would be able to keep track of each created card, when one was printed, the fact that it was created would be stored. That way even if players did indeed reverse engineer the codex, they could never actually generate their own cards.

So you just have to assume that the only people capable of doing this aren't going to be abusing it. (Assuming anyone here is capable of doing it in the first place.)

Dammit. I already mentioned that I'm *** at coding and I couldn't find anything to even try to help figure out what to do.

I mean, if the majority of the app is done, can't you just use virtual packs and the average stats (IE the stats the Trade Cards Online use) as placeholders until someone can figure this out?

I'd love to see some images from development tho.
