I mean the only way we would be defensive about your statement. Is we all do love and miss Chaotic. I mean no one who didn't would be on this forum.
If a big company could back it, it could come back. But it's an investment that might not be worth the risk. Though if a company could get all the rights, there is a huge character base that could be used. I mean I could only think of what Chaotic could have been at this point.
We could have had Mobas, Shooters, all kind of competitive games using the characters they have.
I mean just imagine the League of Legends or Heroes of the Storm using Chaotic characters.
Can't think of the game type, but even like a Overwatch using Chaotic based characters?
Battle Royal? Chaotic characterwise?
Just an MMORPG of Chaotic?
Then simply just the card game.
Oh, what could have been, but instead we got Shadow Warriors, a 4kids lawsuit, and a handful of false hope and lies. If the right company grabbed hold of this, you could plant an Apple Orchid from this little seed.
I mean I'd love to use Digimon as an example of something that was still able to bounce back a bit, or you even have Monster Hunter, two things that never got the popularity in a country like the USA. But they were able to make impacts just recently in the last couple of years.
But I don't think Capcom or Bandai-Namco would plop on a risk like Chaotic. Though I could actually see Bandai-Namco making a half *** decent game out of it, just based off of Dragon Ball Z Xenoverse and Digimon Masters Online.
Always will be a good card game, and universe. I'm just glad I was able to dip my feet into it.
