Chaotic Stat App?

I never really learned coding too well but from my really limited knowledge, it should be quite easy to make an app to keep track of stats for creatures while playing with cards similar to how Yugioh has LP calculators. So my question is does anyone feel like spending a little time to make an app like that for phones?

there are plenty of free counter apps on most app stores and a lot of them can run numerous counters at once there may not be anything chaotic specific but one of those might work
