by Cheapest packs i've searched online were for about a dollar each, but i've seen a youtube video with a guy opening over 200 packs and said he got it for 70 bucks. Where do u guys order cheap packs?

On amazon.com there used to be a seller selling 288 pack bundles for $70-80 but it seems these are all sold now 
your best bet right now is probably stop2shop right now though you don't get nearly as many packs, but there are starter decks and tins available as well

I've done a bit of research into this and, of course, always buy in bulk.
For the stop2shop link Cromax posted go into the booster packs and not the booster boxes. They have 24 packs selling for ~16 dollars while the booster boxes (which are just 24 packs in a snazzy box) are about 25.
Though there is also Trollandtoad which I used at one point to buy Yugioh cards and they have Silent Sand boxes and Zenith of the Hive for 14. I haven't used them in forever though, so I can't attest to the quality.
Although I should probably point out that Amazon while the boxes go for 20 dollars on average, they still do the whole spend 35 dollars or more and get free shipping, which I think makes them the cheapest cause of the cost of shipping.
