I'm just trying to complete my collection.   

ask to split the packs. i did that once they split up the 288 packs in 3 series for me

i bought 288 packs from stoptoshop and asked if i could get different packs and they allowed me to get 96 turn of tide, 96 alliances unraveled and 96 dawn of perim packs

Man... I could have gotten like 48 more packs for the same price I payed... cool...

wait, how?   

So I ordered 48x of tott and 48x of MI, which came out to a total of about $53. After ordering I realized that a pack lot of 144x is about the same, $50-60, but then I could have only gotten one set. So I wasn't too sad about getting 48 less packs... I ordered on amazon so I don't know if stop2shop would've split the packs either... But good to know!

Oh....... now it all makes sense.   

Overall I got 100 packs, so those should be fun!

Breaks my little heart even more. I'm seeing 50-60 depending on the set. You must have bought them when activity was slower or something. There 48's that I bought went up like $5 after I ordered them... Well good too know thanks!

I think this is obvious, they know Chaotic players are wanting packs, everyone stop buying packs until the price drops back down!  

Yea after I had bought the 288 of AU back in January the price rose by $50.

Man, I wish I had found their website sooner and ordered them when they were at low prices.  

Or you could just like, not order cards and save you all of the money.

But I want to complete my collection. That's the whole point.  

288 wont complete the set though, at least not from what we got when Mar, Anti and I got a 288. We were missing several ultras.

Well, it all depends on your statistics or something like that, not your luck. Thats what u said.  

Yes, but statistically you would have to be on the very good end to get all of the ultras from 288 packs. Like 2-3 zscores good.

you still get most of them. in my 3 sets i bought i got 99 out of 100, 98 out of 100, and 197 out of 200

Those seems to be very good numbers.   

and also btw, I just calculated how many cards im missing from ROTO ad TOTT, it looks like im missing 19 cards from the ROTO and 40 cards from TOTT (these are mostly commons and uncommons and some ultras and supers)

I concur with the high 90% completion rate.
I'm missing Takinom Shadowknight from RotO. I'm pretty sure I got everything else in 288 packs
I completed ToTT in 288 packs less Mudeenu. (They actually sent 292 and 293 packs respectively)
I got 19 Ultras and 2 Yokkis though, so it might've just been an incredibly lucky batch.
