Shadow Warriors Promos

I was looking at some eBay auctions and got reminded that Irsenog could be found in DS games and I believe a Wii game as well, I did some research and found Kapalor as a Walmart exclusive, are Ettala MCB and Epaluo also promo cards from the game too? and if so which versions were they found in?
