Welcome Lynxx! Sorry it took you so long to find us. Although we don't have an "official" game client, most players have been using a site called Trade Cards Online link to battle. There is quite a bit of resources on learning how to play in the gameplay section although I'm not quiet sure if we have an official rule book (a least not the "pretty" version) https://chaoticbackup.forumotion.com/t794-errata-comprehensive-rules

I'm interested in how it took you 2 years to find this place. Due to my interest in helping players find this forum, can you tell me the process (search terms, search engine, what page etc). Cause I get this forum as first result for the few terms I've tried using.

I can confirm there's a post about us on Pojo. Went there just the other day actually. The Chaotic forum is locked for archive purposes so it'll always be near the top.
On a side note - Pojo's website looks awful and their forums are full of jerks. Every time I go there I remember why I avoid the place very quickly.
