just doing this for fun I guess. 1v1 isn't really competitive but facing of 2 monsters to hammer at each other. The regular drawbacks of say Gintani,Mipedian fullergate and the like are taken away as it's only one turn.

Van Bloot DOP was pretty classic - not necessarily a meta-powerhouse but still a powerhouse. Good stats and decent elemental coverage (D-zooka for some) and plenty of mugic counters if needed.
