Dranakis Threshold

So I just got into this match with this person on trade cards online and Dranakis threshold came up as his location and we got into an argument over what abilities could be activated. Namely Owayki's which gave his Kolmo an addinitional strike 5 damage. He's all "Owayki's is a passive ability therefor it's always active' and a bunch of other cr*p. Anyways Does anyone have like a list or guide to how Dranakis Threshold works? All I can find is the errata on the pdf.

Sorry, but innate abilities and triggered abilities still works. He was right. It's the one you chose to activate that cannot be played, like the ones with costs.

Dranakis threshold does NOT stop owaki's passive abbility. Please refrain from calling people names on this site. I know what match you're talking about just looked on TCO. Hyro can be a bit mean

Some examples
Chaor,TF :Fire 10.
Hune paltanin :when a Mugic counter is removed from an opposing non‐OverWorld Creature, heal 10 damage to target Creature.
And Vidav: 1mc: heal 15 to target creature.

These are Innate,triggered and Activated abbilities. Only activated abbilities are "Played" meaning that hune paltanin and chaor both work as they would normally with dranikis on and vidav would not.

That should help. So it's not crap what he is saying is true.

Ulmar Perithon racer cannot expend fire to deal 10 at dranikis threshold. I just wrote what Legladiator said but with examples.
