How to play:
Cast Deep Dirge with Ivelaan targeting Tabaal. Try to protect Tabaal from Burn Damage until Deep Dirge Resolves. After that happens, sacrifice Ivelaan and Elhadd.
If you go second, defend with Elhadd. Sacrifice him with Talisman of the Mandiblor and revive it into the space where your opponent's creature was. This forces your opponent to lose the combat of the first turn and prevents further movement.
You must be careful with Water or Air/Earth Decks. Water decks typically have Deadwater Devastation that will take off Illexia resources and Rip Tide that reduces the Courage of Hermatred. Air/Earth Decks can have Whirling Wail which won't let it play Mugic and Gravel Grind which removes the base of the deck. Adaptive Progression is so important, because you will be able to negate the opposing creature's elemental Attacks to have the possibility to win.
Also you must protect Deep Dirge from being negated, so be careful against OverWorld Players than normally play 2-3 Negates in its deck and one of them is Interlude of Interruption, as Tabaal, Ivelaan and Illexia has 2 Mugic Counters, you will be able to negate Interlude of interruption by paying 1 more. If the opponent run 4 negation Mugic it is probably impossible to protect Deep Dirge.
