by If Chaotic could be considered to have a meta, how would it go? I'm guessing burn is going to be high tier, just based on personal experience, with gimmicky stuff like Aa'une and M'arrillian Heat Cannon being low tier

Right now the meta is stripping.
So Zamool decks, decks that have mugic discard, Intress NF-like decks that are based off of abilities, and Arkanin decks are currently top tier. Its a very ability-based game at the moment, so Dror'niq and those types of cards are currently showcased in top decks. Most mugic you take along is denial/backup mugic like Void Dirge and such.

Elemental decks that focus on doing damage through their attacks are pretty much the worst of any viable deck nowadays. Too much elemental denial, and Xerium Armour is commonplace.
