Dawn of Perim 4 card packs?

are these like mini versions of normal packs that have still supers and ultras in them? or do they only ever have rares?

I mssged them them on this basis too. I asked them if they would sell their productss (288x packs) to Canada even with the USPS.

pretty sure that's only for US citizens, us Canadians are stuck with a total of over double the price of shipping to US after everything's added up

Well. I did not try to contact big stores to get something for cheaper. I did however make a VERY embarrassing post on Toonbarn, and have an argument with myself on the old Chaotic fan-based forum that became kerberos' blog to make myself look good.
