Deck Battle of the Week

Blzv I was looking over at a deck build and I thought, "Oh, I would like to play against this deck." And then another, "Oh I would like to play with this deck."

So the idea I came up with was a type of youtube show where each of us pick a deck from the forum and battle each other on TCO. We can have some conditions for what types of decks we pick (must have x amount of comments). Have different "themes" like "UNDERWORLD VS OVERWORLD" stuff like that. 

We could comment about each deck and why we chose it before the battle and then just have fun playing.

We could also offer prizes. IDK have some sort of trophy if your deck wins or gets picked. And then people with more decks picked/wins get better tier prizes. 

It might get people posting decks or starting discussions on other people's.

Honestly, we can have it so any of the staff could participate in the show and allow some knowledgeable players to make "guest" appearances. 

I can screen record and do audio on separate capturing, so that they can be edited independently.

Sounds like a great idea, lets do it.

After the first couple of weeks or so, there should be a limitation where we can only pick decks that have a comment (other than our own and the author). 

Also we'll need to have this posted somewhere to get some hype after we post the first video.

I say we post about it beforehand, and we live stream it and save it.

I wasn't thinking about a livestream... No editing?

What would we have to edit? We just have to make sure not to directly make fun of people.

So live stream that's recorded?

Well I was just thinking post production stuff like when we're overviewing the deck, we can show the deck list and then switch to the other deck list, but cut out stuff like the switching. But I guess saving a few seconds won't really matter.

We can edit it after we live stream it.
