by It says loyal-underworld on it. Does that mean that it can't be in an army with none UW or just has to be equipped to UW creature?

Loyal is loyal. Witch means you can only have underworlders on your team. Same with all Loyals.
Edit: and I see why your asking. It's for taht takinom sk,uksum,and Chaor deck .right? Lol again I had a deck similar it got me top in oron.
