Dread Tread + Prexxor Chasm

I'm looking at these specific rulings. It seems to me that you can get 3 combats on a single creature in 1 turn! 
At first I saw that Dread Tread said "second" combat" but upon further inspection Prexxor Chasm "does not count" as that turn's combat!!!

Yeah you can have 3 combats. It's just the opponent picks who they fight so it's not likely they'll pick your Dread tread creature.

yup funny story I made a deck like this really recently... weird coincidence I guess 

Prexxor chasm is one of my favorite locations. its not for every deck but it can really disrupt your opponent
