Blitser is saying the Port Court sits far above Perim. Based off of a conspiracy theory that makes sense.

I wouldn't say I actually believe it was something that the writers were going to do, but one can certainly make a very interesting, and compelling, case for it. Not the least of which is Cothica being an anagram of Chaotic.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
were the card makers and script writers the same? if not then they should've had meetings or something where the card makers can actually give the writers good ideas, this is all speaking of the past and possibilities though

Everyone had their own specific jobs and would stick to them, but they were all together for the process. For one card to be created there has to be, at least one artist, the entire card balancing group, and a lore writer.
Lore between show / cards would be passed between both groups of writers. In the case of contradiction card game lore should trump out though.

So your saying that the water comes from chaotic and that the creatures can never see it?

All I was saying is that the theory is Chaotic was the cothica. Nothing so... Poetic? More fly high enough and find the Port Court then tower of babel.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
even with Najarin's ancient life and Heptadd joining them it's kinda surprising the Overworlders aren't the closer to finding it and had to resort to a piece of paper which they tore up instead, also Najarin should go take a trip up to the origins of the water flowing to Riverlands, he can fly afterall and he did live thousands of years so even if it takes him a while, he can pull it off

It makes sense now and btw cromax, maybe the cothica prevented the creatures of perim to think on that basis?

I still believe the Cothica was made up, just so they had an over-arching conflict that would always make an appearance.

I dont get it. If the cothica is chaotic, how did heptadd get his abilities? Did he like come to chaotic or something?

Heptadd's only rumoured to have found the cothica, that doesn't mean that he did. Don't think too hard about it - it's just a theory.

Then how do u explain the casting mugic from any tribe or having mastered all the elements? huh? Did he like find a special place to get all that for example, hoton learned allmageddon attack from this mysterious place.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
in Heptadd's lore it states that it was thought that he knew where the Cothica was, not that he knew, and being the loyal Overworld Spiritlander, you'd think he'd tell the Overworlders where it was if he knew so I'm gonna go with my original assumption or agree with Blzv

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
We don't really know enough about how either of those things work to give any explanations for this sort of thing which are based on fact. There were upcoming creatures who had every element, and Arctus was training directly under him to learn every element.
A theory can't be disproved with a theory.

It states that some other creatures believe he knows where it is.
Note that it's therefore just a rumour, and that even if the rumour is true it doesn't mean he's actually been to the cothica.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
It would be pretty cool if heptad had discovered Chaotic. Perhaps the codemasters have the ability to grant elements... But what would make a lot of sense is if the Cothica was discovered by humans who used its power to create Chaotic.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
Well, it does make sense. Chaotic was a trading card game at the beginning and then the humans must've found some magical thingy (cothica) to turn the trading card game into a reality and put it in a different dimension.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
You know a theory means no observations have disproved it and it's the most correct thing we have. I'd rather say it's a hypothesis about hepptad and the cothica.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
I'm going to say, based on the validity of 4kids intellect, that we are wayyy over-shooting what they actually would have theorized/came up with.
Basically, 4kids would have kept it much simpler than what you all are talking about, in my opinion.
And remember that the cothica is a rumor itself..

I think the cothica is the hope inside all the players and creatures.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
the Cothica could possibly be a rumour spread by Najarin to mess with the younger creatures! rumours must've started somewhere and he knew about Chaotic way back then so he could've easily made an anagram of it and spread the rumours around as an experiment

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
If najarin did that, how would he have fooled maxxor or chaor or all the tribes about it? Maxxor and Chaor are as smart as him. They would know that it was just a rumour.

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
He could've easily spread the rumour to one of their ancestors, plus both Maxxor AND Chaor would've believed him cause both know of his great accomplishments so it's very possible, it just wouldn't serve any purpose

Re: Secrets of the Lost City
It was probably an accident.
Players travel to the past and talk about Chaotic.
Some dyslexic scribe begins documenting about these Creatures with an incredible power to teleport thanks to this "Cothica"
And that's how we wind up with wars. Simple misunderstandings.
