I made this concept a while back and have decided to post the cards I made for it. The storyline of the set is that Chaor and Van Bloot, on a shaky alliance, declare war on the Overworld and begin invading its territories. The loser of this war would have a tribe in shambles...

    Chaor, The Flame Heart
    Creature-Underworld Conqueror Warrior

    Courage: 95
    Power: 100
    Wisdom: 70
    Speed: 55
    Energy: 70
    Mugic Counters: 0
Expend fire while engaged: Deal 15 damage to target creature.
Whenever a creature your opponent controls is healed or gains energy, Chaor gains fire.
    Unique, Loyal

    Mugic Counters: 2
Whenever a creature engaged with Lord Van Bloot loses courage, Lord Van Bloot gains 5 energy.

    1MC: Target creature gains 15 energy and,"Recklesness 5."

    Well, here's my 2 cents.

Chaor is just a bit too OP, I could maybe see 15 damage.

Van Bloot is extremely OP. Reducing it to 5 energy each time would probably be the only way that is reasonable. With his Scythe, he would be gaining, what? 10-15 energy each time? Not balanced.

Fir-Farth is a Firemorpher, kinda cool. The fact that he plays like Carnivore's Keening means he's going to be extremely meta in UW decks in order that those decks have burn protection. Even though it would be very meta, I don't see it being to powerful to call unbalanced.

Tarrlogg is simply broken. The ability is very unique as well, so I can't really say how you can nerf it to be acceptable, it will take some proactive adjustment. He's also missing Energy value, but even if hes 20 energy he could be 2-shotting Heptadds, etc, which probably isn't safe for the game.

Takinom is balanced, a little out of character because usually shes dealing extra damage, but balanced. She's also missing an energy value.

Skithia's first ability is a little over-powered just because of LVB SOA/Galmedar. I do understand it works very well with your LVB so I won't say to change it. Her second ability is actually a little underpowered, may want to taking away a bit from her first and giving a little more umff for that second ability.

    Barrath is Balanced.

Kopond is missing a value, but due to the sacrifice mechanic he is probably balanced.

Darrabi is cool. UW could use a defender.

Spyder is balanced. Could definitely see him in meta when paired with a Bimowercycle.

Juxlax is interesting. Could definitely see him being used in a Prexxor Chasm sort of deck.

Barrlix is balanced. Missing an Elements note, but I'd assume he'd have none, or maybe air.

Thanks for the feedback Blvz! I already adjusted most of the cards. Tarrlogg never goes first in combat, which makes me think that he isn't bonkers (could be wrong...probably am).

You have to consider though, that since this ability takes place when you enter combat you can easily use burn to finish the other creature off. Ulmar PR would be an easy 10 damage for you to just 1 shot someone.

And then there's combos like Dread Tread or Shinadd that could make the ability even worse.

Maybe if Tarrlogg's ability was something like "When Tarrlogg becomes engaged, opposing engaged creatures lose energy to equal its lowest stat, but cannot be reduced below 5."

Right now you're punishing people for having high disciplines, which is pretty strange. The only other card that comes to my mind for doing that is Tarterek Psi. But he has a different feel.

I'm not sure if my suggestion would ruin the feel you were trying to achieve for Tarrlogg though. I think it goes more with the UW theme of destroying those who are weak?
