Had an idea?

So I was thinking today and I had the idea that what if somebody here found the old files for the fire and stone set or maybe bought them and then gave them to everyone on this site so we could print them ourselves? Would that be legal or even possible?

well I know the card concepts where basically all finished but nothing but images and the few preview cards was every realized to the public. As far as printing the cards ourselves you could probably print any unofficial cards you want so long as you don't sell them or something like that. but yeah obtaining the ideas for the old cards isn't likely to happen.

fire and stone? I'm confused.

Only a few cards were ever officially released for Fire and Stone (the next set that was supposed to be coming out ElementalDraco after Alliances Unraveled). I know Cyrenox and Bodal, Flamedrill Researcher were as promos and I think Malvadine, the King's Herald and the new Danian Queen were as well. And I may be missing one or two. The rest were just images, like Theb-Sar.

But I think Chiodosin is probably right that nobody would mind as long as you don't sell them or try to pass them off for the real thing.

There have been people who tried to get in contact with the creators of the game and there was news that almost all of the card ideas were done, so its possible we could get it from them. But I also think people have tried that and failed.

If you knew how to get the files I'd say go for it. Chaotic would have to be coming back in order for anyone to really care about it and if it were coming back I'm sure their marketing strategy wouldn't involve suing their fans...

To clarify, Malvadine: The King's Herald and Aszil: The Young Queen, were never released to the public. TCD staff released pictures of them on Twitter and that was it.

If you want a full list of Fire and Stone cards that came from tins I can round it up, but the only really notable one is Bodal.

Okay, I knew Aszil had her abilities released as I thought they were cool, but I wasn't sure if physical cards actually came out.

Cyrenox is a pretty nice card, too. Underworlders usually always have FIRE so he has a high chance of an additional 5 damage each attack. And he can use the Sword of Khyat as well.

oh yeah I remember now. by thw way cyrenox was originally called buga. in the now or never preview that Chaotic USA had posted they showed his card. also he showed as an underworld minion in the allmeggedon episode.

He wasn't in Allmageddon, those were just generic soldiers. Cyrenox does appear in lots of other episodes later on though, mostly for background cameos(many before his card released).

the soldiers were actually based off if him. notice that their skeletal steeds look different. other easter eggs in the series were relatively hard to find. for example, Gothos appeared as a statue in episode three and on the art for wrenges you will see a dwarven male being healed. thst was remake of the original Norseman who made his appearance only once in season two. I forget what episode but tom was playing as him in the first two minutes.

It was in the episode with Hune Marquard that the dwarf appeared. As for the design of the steed, I think that came before Cyrenox. Like, his mount, then himself

what a lot of people don't know though is that cyrenox was shown in the intro of  season one when they had that flash of cards coming up on the screen. I slowed it down and there he was. want to see the picture?

It would be really cool if someone "leaked" a file containing the f&s cards.
