1. How can I edit/change or delete a poll that I created?

2. How come I can't visit the anime/manga thread? D: Why is that only for users with special access?

1. If you hit edit on your first topic and scroll down, you'll see options for editing/deleting polls.

It's weird, when I scroll down, the poll stuff is not there.

No, normal members used to be able to. I submitted a help ticket on forumotion.
