NARUTO.

Not sure how I feel about Naruto just being given this power. His style is to work hard and earn it, so being given power and naturally being able to use it just seems wrong to me, at least for Naruto.

I think Naruto has more than earned the right and responsibility of the Rinnegan over the course of the series. In my opinion, Naruto deserved this power more than anyone else.

I agree, but the Rinnegan is not Naruto's style. He uses blunt force and determination. Why give Sasuke the Rinnegan, then Naruto? Makes no sense. However, since they Gave Sasuke the Rinnegan in one eye, perhaps they'll give Naruto the Rinnegan in the other eye, much Like Kakashi and Obito.

If that is the case, I wonder if Sasuke would Try and steal the eye from Naruto, thus starting the final showdown between the two.

Giving Sasuke the Rinnegan was the 'more acceptable' plot hack since the storyline began to follow one of the increasingly shabbier paths that led from the Sharingan being derived from the Rinnegan.

On another note, there is more than one way to use the Rinnegan not involving subtlety- Naruto has a tendency to think outside the box so I wouldn't put it past him to be inventive with all the possibilities the Rinnegan would afford.... Ultimate Harem Genjutsu, anyone?

If Sasuke did try to steal the Rinnegan from Naruto; Naruto won't hold back while knowing just how powerful the Rinnegan is and how if even so much as a shred of darkness remains in Sasuke's heart and mind, that power would be twisted and perverted into a monster in every definition of the word.

This is some serious plot development. My respect for the series would go so much higher if this is how it turned out. Naruto with Rinnegan in one eye and Sasuke trying to take it and the ultimate final battle between the two.

On a side note, I feel like Naruto couldn't actually pull of a genjutsu just because he's so bad....But instead he might do something far more pervy... Turning everyone in the world into part of a Harem jutsu :O *shudders* too much power

Naruto's bad at genjutsu because it's simply not his style, he's a sally-forth-and-conquer-with-honesty kinda guy.

Remember, he was bad at Ninjutsu as a whole at the start of the series at got better on an as-needed basis. His Sexy jutsu served his purposes just fine since his concern was simply to cause trouble and grab attention. As his needs grew, so to did his skill set- he went from a Pervy troublemaker to a Sannin level shinobi who's developed a special S rank jutsu than even the prodigy- Minato Namikaze- was unable, and several A rank and A+ (my own rating ) Justus.

If Naruto feels he needs to up his perverted abilities, I wouldn't put it past him.

I think it's safe to say Naruto has succeeded Jiraya's perverted throne.

Oh yeah, but he has yet to acquire the smooth grace the Pervy Sage had.

He shall never be graceful like Jiraya. That would be the last straw of the series!

Would they go that far to keep Naruto up and running? I'm a Naruto fan, but there comes a point where if it is continually drug out, it'll ruin the Anime. That being said.... they've already drug this out a LONG time. Still, if they can pull it off with high quality episodes and less flashbacks/ filler, I'd be all for it.

They have never been able to pull off less flashbacks/filler. This is naruto not one piece  I completely agree its been drug out for a long time. But honestly at this rate I'll give it another 2 years

And I gotta say, as far as One Piece is Concerned, Zoro has got to be my favorite.

In terms of a character development or character ability? Because Naruto is def overpowered in relation to his universe with dues ex machina giving him ridiculous power for no reason and coming straight out of the blue.

But yes, relative to their universes, Naruto would beat Luffy and probably Goku while he's at it.

Looks like the time has finally come for Sasuke and Naruto to duke it out.

Happy they are actually going to fight, unhappy that no one will get to see it, with the exception of Sakura and Kakashi, since everyone is in a coma.


Side note, re-watching the One Piece Series. I like how One Piece is so light hearted, and I really missed the Intro Music. Bleach Still has the best Intro Music though.

I like what Kishimoto done to bring about the final? conflict with Naruto and Sasuke. Cause now sasuke has a new drive to well be like he's always been. And this time Naruto is actually standing in his way.

As said in the Manga, The Time of Destiny Has Come.

But of course they'll be taking a break in the mean time.

Latest chapter said 5 weeks left? That's too bad. Would've been nice to make it to the last week and end on a really nice, round date. What do you all think? (Or did I misread it)

I didn't see anything about that so can't confirm. Although if it is 5 weeks, I really wonder if it will be rushed... hmmm

I've read that the Manga will end, but the final actual conclusion of Naruto will be a movie
