Favorite Anime OST

You know the OST is good when you can listen to it aside from the show!
So what Anime's have your favorite? How about composer? And any songs in particular(character, main theme, theme song...)?


For me, my top is a close tie between Fairy Tail's and Naruto's.

I like the Death Note ost but listening to it is too distracting for me, I automatically think of Death Note while listening. Which doesn't help me do HW - or even playing video games for that matter :(lol - Not something that matches my description^^
Soul Eater as well. Not good HW music lol (well its also because its so funky) But its good sometimes

I guess why I love Fairy Tail's is because its Symphonic Metal! And Naruto's is Ninja Metal trololol

Attack on Titan and Jormungand (both seasons).

I just found out that Yasuharu Takanashi, the composer of Naruto soundtrack is the one who does the Fairy Tail one. No wonder!!!

Attack on Titan's is good. I haven't heard of Jormungand though. I might check out that series. Manga or Anime or both?

try the anime first- there's a bit of mature-ish content (by North American censor standards) though, just be warned.

And my backlog grows...

I liked Soul Eater's first opening theme.
I liked one of the FMA:B opening more than others and closing themes. I can't distinguish those if I'm being honest.
I liked a few of the Bleach openings.
I liked One Piece "We fight together" theme.
I'm sure there are others that have just blended into obscurity as I shifted away from Anime toward Manga, but I did download a few of those to my phone back in the day.

Oh dang! AoT has an amazing soundtrack! Blown away, another masterpiece.

Oh god. . . . I have so many favorites lol.
But so far I only like 1 song from the AoT soundtrack.

Dat comment lol I think applies to all the music I listen to during hw But more realistically, I get tons distracted going through infinite chains of youtube suggestions and the only discoveries I make are how many awesome songs there are!

If I'm missing songs well, then just link me and I'll spend the time adding them. Remember I want extended themes only. I mostly stuck to the one guy, but been using other people to fill in the rest.

even just the main starters have great music to pick from but from all anime..ohh god and uhh Iflar the second AOT theme grows on yah.

I'm rather fond of bit and pieces of FMA's OST. Not all of it, but there's some really good stuff there.

Bratja, and Beaming Sunlight, are favourites.

I love the AoT soundtrack, as well as the Trigun soundtrack. Trigun specifically for Scattered Rain, and I love like 90% of the AoT Songs.
This is probably one of my favorite songs from AoT. It actually appears to be two songs put into one, but I love them both equally. Especially if any of you have seen the Ilse's Journal episode... when this song plays I get all the feels.

Aaaaah dang, I gotta rewatch both AoT and Trigun now.

I'm making a metal/epic version of the playlist so if you guys ever need the hardcore battling songs only you can get it all in one place

I'm slowing making it by going through the playlist normally (while doing hw) and adding songs that I think fit
