CHAOTIC GAME APP

Wow, man! I like what I see! This will whet the appetite for more. KingMaxor was working on something for Tabletop Simulator for Steam, though he hasn't had a whole lot of time to work on it. This app will be neat because it will be so exhaustive in its amount of cards and true fans will be able to play online again.
Can we update the Facebook Chaotic fan page? That might be a way to cast the Song of Revival for folks who have gotten away from it.

The thanks goes all to them. By the by, the revival of the Chaotic Facebook page would be a fantastic idea and those who still follow said page may spark an amazing return to the franchise.

I might even just post on there as "OneMajorPain" just to get the ball rolling, though I am not a well known player. I used to play a lot before 4Kids pulled the plug, but I don't know who would care what I have to say. Once we get even more information on the app, or the app itself, we might be able to rock and roll on Facebook. Unless your link above would be enough for now.

I'd recommend holding off on posting anything regarding the app for the time being. You can only take advantage of a hype train once. Burning out the fan base before the project is complete would likely be very unwise. Although players here may find the time to schedule a match with one another, one of the original advantages to online play was the ability to near instantly find a match. Although you may pique the interest of many individuals by making such a post, if there is nothing drawing them in this time around, they would be much less likely to try again in the future. Without players constantly being available for a challenge, this will likely become just another tool for the die-hard fans, rather than the revival you seem to be hoping for. Just my opinion.

Only die hard fans come here anyways Tera. When it's done he should spread it out.

All opinions are being highly considered and all though mainstream advertising for the app may not be a good thing right now, advertising the website for the index may be more appropriate. So in agreement, renigging on a previous statement, postpone on advertising to the Chaotic Facebook page, but at least let others know of the website at hand previous mentioned.

That is the general idea yes but I am not sure how specific this will be entirely.

I'm not sure how you'd be able to do that dude..that'd be near impossible unless you had access to the old sites system and files..

If you meant to ask will you have access to the old Chaotic Game cards that you had in the past then sadly no. But if your old deck is in physical form and you have the codes then all you must do is upload them. Certain cards sadly will be unable to use seeing as they were only promotional cards for Chaotic Code. But i presume that we will find a way to incorporate them into the app. This app will have no correlation to the previous ChaoticGame.com website other than by product itself.

As for codes that were never used, all of the codes will practically considered new. That's as far as I know YoloKing.

My friends, just so you know, I didn't post anything on the Facebook page, and will not, especially since it is not my place to do it. I don't want to jeopardize any of the hard work put into this.

Please be assured, I only have good intentions in mind. I just want to see a comeback of some kind, even if it is only this app. I was over-excited, that's all.

I'm very confused as to how you plan to implement the code redemption process. In order to do so, one would have to be in possession of a lot of the original data and coding of the original site. If you were in such possession, I would imagine you would have the original site in near entirety. What is the current plan for code redemption?

I am not at liberty to discuss that but what I can say is that the team is in the process of obtaining the original Codex, if permission can eventually be granted. If not, then those involved in the programming will have to make one from scratch (which relatively comes with errors) and in fact is the only thing really holding us back. It is my assumption that (more than likely) an alternative will be made for the time being where people will earn specific cards and so on. We aim for this to be a last resort as in the fact that we desire to keep the original concept at hand. I have been informed not to discuss this matter in public any further at this time.

Funny you would say that King-A-Game. I was actually thinking about getting the owners of the previous website, chaoticgame.com, and asking them for data on codes and files and whatnot.

They wont do it sadly. I believe some others have already tried. Some tried getting the codex and others just tried getting the stats and outlines of the Fire and stone /Storm and Sea cards. As if I'm remembering right it was said that they were completed but never manufactured into cards. So art and abillities were all completed. It'd be nice if we could at least get those. Right now we only have a lot of art.

I think it would be cool if there were booster packs just free ones that you get per win and day just to have the fun of opening a pack
