This was actually a very weird Attack Deck for me. I usually don't use Big Build Points like the 3's and 4's that often in reality, but that's what this is.
This was mostly built around a having Kiru grabbing a couple of Counters and increasing the Energy of Uksum even further to allow him to take even more hits while using the Dread Tread to clear the way. With the Cannons/Phoenix Belt you should be capable of grabbing a win, maybe two. Once he gets a win Uksum should be sitting at over 80 Energy each combat, if both Kiru and Magmon are max HP he actually hit 80, getting 60 each combat. Meaning with Melody of the Meek it'll take around 8 hits to kill him. The Dread Tread is to get the most out of each Meek.
The Ragetrod's are just there for cause of high energy and Mugic counters.
Prexxor Chasm was selected cause all of these guys aren't bad in a fight and it'll give you a type of Range.
